Rev. Phil Hotchkin
(Southern District Superintendent)

Phil Hotchkin is District Superintendent of the Southern District covering Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.  He has had a wide and varied experience, growing up on the mission field in Papua New Guinea, attending high school in country Victoria and working as an engineer in the gas industry prior to entering the ministry in 1987.  He has pastored a church in inner urban Melbourne, and planted churches in Cairns and Perth.  He is married and has three adult children and four grandchildren.
